This week's mug is another gift from a friend in the north. Yes, she sent me two in one package. This is one of the most beautiful uses of the Thermo-Ink that I've seen! Instead of using a color to make something disappear, they match the color white to the mug and make something appear! As you can see above, there is a branch of a cherry tree, starkly bare, visible on all three sides of the mug.
When hot liquid is added, the white Thermo Ink turns clear revealing the beauty of the cherry blossoms on the branch! A stunning mug!
