What Happens At The Seder

This month's mug is a true gem.  It was a gift, as so many are, and holds a special place because of that, as well as the subject.  The mug is white with a dark design that wraps around the mug. On the right are the words "What happens at the Seder..." and on the front is a bottle of wine. On he left is a happy looking granny with a glass of wine.  

 When hot liquid is added to the mug, the entire surface of the mug clears and on the right, the phrase "What happens at the Seder..." is now completed with "stays at the Seder!" And at the bottom a spilled glass of wine.   On the front, the wine bottle now shows the label with "Happy Passover" and the sweet granny on the left side is quite happy (read: tipsy.)

For many years my mother would attend Seders at a friend's house and would always come home quite happy and very, very tipsy!  She is no longer with us, but this mug now holds a special place in my collection in her memory. 

The mug is new, and the color change is terrific.
